Great Room is available for rental by Kentlands residents only. Rental includes flagstone patio, balcony, kitchen (not available during the swim season) and upper level bathrooms. This room offers a conference table, comfortable seating, sofas, TV, and open flooring of approx. 1,300 sq. ft. 120 Persons Occupancy. Piano available upon request.
RENTAL RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE MADE WITHOUT A DEPOSIT, CHECK FOR RENTAL FEES AND SIGNED AGREEMENT. $500 Security Deposit for Rental (refundable within 5 business days) required.
